I have visited Washington DC a couple times. In 1974, The Ralph M Parsons Company sent me there
to work in their DC office to finish off a NASA project that we started in New Orleans.
My greatest over-powering memory was of the constant sirens careening all over the city.
Our family visited again in 1980 as a stop on a round-the-us road trip.
Its a city that leaves me with mixed emotions....
